Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between HCS CREATIVE LTD (company no. 17198920, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) (“HCS Creative”, “we”) and any customer (“Customer”) purchasing services through hcs-creative.com.

2. Services

HCS Creative provides embedded software, firmware, and IoT device software development services for hardware products. The scope, delivery time, and price of each package are described on the relevant package page.

3. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment has been completed successfully, and the Customer is notified by email. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Project scope and delivery date are confirmed with the Customer by email after the order is placed. Delivery times shown on package pages are estimates and may vary depending on project scope.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

Once the project fee has been paid in full, ownership of the custom software developed transfers to the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. HCS Creative retains rights to any general-purpose libraries and tools used.

7. Limitation of Liability

HCS Creative exercises reasonable care in delivering its services. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
